Fiona has a special interest in treating gynaecological issues, supporting fertility, pregnancy and alleviating pain and anxiety. She has an integrative approach to treatments, using acupuncture, shiatsu, Chinese herbal medicine, movement and dietary advice.

For many years Fiona was a teacher at The European School of Shiatsu Therapy and Movement and taught at Shiatsu schools in Israel and France. She trained in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in the UK and China and has done specialist training in fertility/IVF support, gynaecology & obstetrics, dermatology, paediatric and facial rejuvenation acupuncture. She is a registered practitioner with the British Acupuncture Council.

Born and brought up in Hong Kong, Fiona became aware of traditional Chinese medicine health practices at an early age. After returning to Asia as a young adult, she was first inspired to study Shiatsu as a path of self-healing and then to treat others. At this time, she also started exploring somatic movement, meditation and martial art practices, which have become the foundations for her wellbeing and work.

Fiona is also mother to a teenager, enjoys body centred drawing and painting, has a 2nd Dan black belt in Bohjutsu and can often be seen moving with a big stick in the local park.

Having worked with pregnant women and families as a midwife for the last 10 years, Vicky has witnessed the gap in emotional support for women through these life changing times. Now Vicky dedicates her time to supporting women in unpacking the lows and embracing the highs that motherhood brings. Her holistic welcoming approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for her clients.

Vicky descends from a line of healers. Her Colombian Grandfather was the medicine man in a remote village in the Amazon, even receiving all his 6 children in the jungle. It’s no surprise she found herself wanting to be in the medical profession. Vicky’s human biosciences degree left her fascinated by the human body – especially when it comes to pregnancy.

She soon discovered that it’s not just the body that’s amazing, but the mentality of the women she was working with. Vicky thrived in supporting them - seeing them working with their emotions, shifting from a state of fear, into embracing courage and knowing their innate abilities.

Vicky experienced this for herself throughout her own pregnancies and motherhood. She noticed herself retreat inward through her pregnancies. Her labours were challenging but liberating and motherhood opened her eyes to complex emotions and perspectives.

This knowing fuels Vicky’s desire and mission to support families to find and embrace the power of this time. Her own homeopathic journey began when she decided to seek natural health support for symptoms of lifelong eczema and asthma. From then, she began to focus on women’s health through all the beautiful stages of life with a particular emphasis on getting to the root cause of symptoms and bringing emotional, physical and spiritual health in to alignment.

Prices include consultation, case management, aftercare and a homeopathic remedy to be taken at home between sessions. Additional remedies charged at £7.50 each.  

She supports people to find deep relaxation and release trapped energy within the body that can be causing a whole host of different symptoms, from physical pain to mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

By lightly placing her hands on the feet, head, shoulders, and over key energy centres she tunes into your body, following the subtle rhythms and movements that flow through each and every living being. The body will show her where blockages lie, these blockages could be the cause of physical pain/dis-ease/trauma/emotional pain etc.

Rebekah uses shamanic practices (such as placing on stones to absorb and clear energy/using a pendulum to locate blockages etc.) to clear negative energy that can cause health issues. She also passes reiki (energy/chi) into these areas; and using crystal singing bowls to clear dense energy and blockages, she will listen to what the body has to say and assist you in connecting to your optimum health and vitality.
