Aromatherapy oils are blended by offering a sensory smell test using the feminine intuitive aspect to determine the right blend in that moment.

The treatment is grounding and nourishing with the premise that it effects a physical change to the body by removing energy blockages and can feel like a liminal resting space by balancing out disharmony whilst integrating the physical and emotional aspects.

There are many benefits to a Pregnancy Massage and the rhythm and pressure is dependent on the needs of the mother. It soothes the nervous system and helps hormonal balancing, aiding the stimulation of  the circulation, supporting distribution of essential nutrients and fluids to all the major organs of the body including the placenta. Pregnancy Massage will release muscular tension of the upper back, shoulders, lower back and hips. The massage encourages the release of oxytocin, this is the love hormone which provides vital pain relief during birth.  

Pregnancy Massage works with the mother holistically, helping to create a sense of wellbeing in this sacred time. A space to be heard and witnessed on the mothering journey- working alongside the Inner cycles of pregnancy, the shadow aspect of death and rebirth.

Post Natal treatments may begin as soon as the mother feels ready, sometimes this is days after, and for others it can be a few months. Treatments are individualized and include massage, reflexology and breath work whilst holding and offering a space to talk and share the birth experience. It can be supported by Bach Flower remedies and Aromatherapy blends to hold, nurture and support the mother.

Treatments are a combination of head, heart and feet. It is calming, loving and grounding, and aids the regulation of the hormones, supports birth recovery, breast feeding, perineal or deferred pain, Caesarean recovery and the elimination of toxins.

The treatment space is also supportive of women who may have experienced late pregnancy loss, miscarriage or a termination.

Babies are welcome with mothers and often see the treatment as an extension to the treatment mother attended whilst pregnant

Suitable directly after birth

Essential oils are determined through a thorough consultation and/or a sensory test. 

Smell is the only one of the five physical senses that is directly linked to the limbic lobe of the brain - our emotional control centre. Anxiety, depression, fear, anger, love and joy all originate from this region. Essential oils enable us to access stored or forgotten memories, or suppressed emotions so that we can acknowledge and integrate or release them and empower us.

Individual blends are tailor made to support and hold times of transformation and change, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Blends are shared with suggested embodiment practices.

This healing system, comprised of 38 distinct liquid remedies, aids in alleviating emotional and mental stress. Each one works specifically with a particular emotional state. Clients receive a consultation to share their feelings, helping to determine their current wellbeing. Bespoke tinctures are then blended to support the individual needs as they are guided and held through the process.

Womb treatments including cycle awareness, conscious fertility, contraception awareness,  support working with the bleed or in absence of, holding space and support for miscarriage, pregnancy loss and post natal healing.

Vagus nerve points on the face and neck are soothed, helping to support nervous system regulation, bringing the body back into the parasympathetic nervous system, counteracting flight and flight response, triggering relaxation, balancing out emotions and reducing inflammation in the body. Treatments are based on consultation and inclusive of pressure point techniques incorporating the head, neck and shoulders using a bespoke blend of essential oils.

One to one sessions often incorporate a combination of therapeutic bodywork, breath, Nidra rest/ releasing movements, Vagus nerve massage, Essential oil and Bach Flower Remedies to enhance the overall wellbeing.
